How do I register?

 

Online registration available on active.com.  You can also find our registration form on this website (to print out and mail in), along with some of the websites listed under "Helpful Links" on the homepage.  

 

Just print out our registration form, fill it out, and mail it in.  It's as simple as that!  If we have any questions, we will contact you to make sure your information is accurate.
